Thank you for agreeing to take part in this evening's Opening Ceremony. We're really pleased with the fantastic number of competitors who have chosen to be involved and we hope you'll enjoy being part of what promises to be a great evening. The arrangements for the evening are as follows: * After Scrutineering: Once you've completed Scrutineering at your allocated time, please make your way to the Main Arena via Gate T (Yellow) and park where directed by the event officials. * From 7:30pm: The static display will be open to the public. This is a great opportunity to meet the fans, chat with spectators, sign autographs, pose for photos and show off your competition vehicle. * Around 8:00pm: We'll kick off the Opening Ceremony with a live chat show featuring a number of special guests. * Around 8:30pm: We'll begin introducing all EHRC crews. Please can all EHRC competitors make their way to the area beside the DJ a few minutes beforehand so you're ready to be introduced by our compère. * Around 8:45pm: The parade of competitor vehicles will begin. As you leave the arena, the compère may stop a few crews for a quick chat before you continue back to your service bay, following the directions of the event officials. Please do not start your vehicle or move off until instructed to do so by an event official. The Opening Ceremony is expected to finish at approximately 9:00pm.
