As per FIA WRC Sporting Regulations, Art. 61.1.1, refuelling is only allowed at designated refuel zones. Inside the Exhibition Halls any breach of this article forms a serious fire hazard and may lead to serious consequences. Hence, this is absolutely forbidden!
