De wedstrijdleider opent hierbij het Parc Ferme voor alle deelnemers van de Vechtdal Rally met uitzondering van deelnemers nog onderworpen aan de nakeuring. The Clerk of the Course authorizes the opening of Parc Ferme for all cars of the Vechtdal Rally except any cars still under final scrutineering.
