The following load-in updates were made the to supplemental regulations, posted this morning. Please review the supps as a whole, if you haven't already, but below is the Load-In section:

Because many race teams bring tractor-trailers with multiple cars and are less maneuverable, everyone will have pre-assigned, mapped spaces. See the Live Paddock Map link in Sportity.

Before Load-in begins Friday, teams and drivers with assigned spots will be staged in Lot C, and everyone else will stage in Lot G. See map on page 9 of the supps or linked in Sportity.

Load-in for Lot C ONLY will begin @ 5:30 PM on Friday, August 28th, and last for approximately one hour.

Load-in for Lot G will then start after all of the staged rigs have left Lot C.

NOTE: All assigned spaces, whether occupied or not, are assumed to be reserved and held until 7:30pm, August 28. After that time, any unclaimed reserved spaces will become available to others.

On Friday, Registration closes at 8:30 PM, and the paved paddock will close to load-in at 9:00 PM. Anyone arriving after registration closes on Friday can park their rig in the Lot G. Registration re-opens Saturday at 7:00 AM. Once registered, you should be able to load in.

We will strive to reach out to known Prep Shops in advance to discuss placement. If you are a professional Prep Shop and have not been to Barber before, or if you are prep shop or driver that has any questions about the load-in process, please contact the TVR Race Chair at [email protected]
