Meanwhile, John Silcock has pulled the gap to third placed Jeff Judd to just 8.4 seconds, with a stage time 14.9 seconds quicker than Judd. Fifth placed Tim McIver has improved his position over sixth placed Karl Robinson - The BDA Escort driver now 17.1 seconds ahead of Robinson's Bluebird Turbo.
