Muhu Väina regatil on esmakordselt antud meie kasutusse Riigi Infokommunikatsiooni SA kasutuses olevad mereside tugijaamad kanalil 11. Seega ei ole raadioside piiratud mõne miiliga, vaid terve regati jooksul saavad jahid ühendust regatibürooga kanalil 11 Eesti territoriaalvete ulatuses. Selleks palume võistlevatel alustel hoida sees DW (dual watch) kanalil 16 ja 11.
State Infocommunication Foundation has for the first time in history made available for the Moonsund Regatta to use their Maritime Radio Communication base stations on channel 11. At the time of the competition all boats can use channel 11 in Estonian territorial waters to contact Race Office no matter how far they are from the Race Office. We ask you to switch on dual watch (DW) on channels 16 and 11.
