Per Bulletin 1: Documentation and Signing-On must be completed by a deadline of 21.30 on Tuesday 10th October 2023.
Competitors should use the link in their rallies.info entry acknowledgement email to access their entry home page. In here you will find two sections: Electronic Documentation and Signing-On. Use this system to upload pictures of your Competition Licence and Club Membership cards. Competitors MUST also complete their signing-on declaration, inc. any parent/guardian/guarantor countersignatures for Under 18s.
As of 23:30 Friday 6th October, 69 crews have yet to full complete their electronic documentation, and 73 crews have yet to sign on - as well as several entries without sufficient/appropriate co-driver details.
Please can all crews ensure ensure that ANY/ALL changes of car / co-driver / etc, are completed on your online portal, prior to 21:30 Tuesday 10th. Crews who have not completed electronic documentation and signed on, will not be granted their rally pack (inc. road book, timecards, stickers) at Material Collection on Thursday/Friday.
