After a reset of the car on track, the rainlight turns off and has to be turned on.
When reported by officials that a car is driving without rainlight, the car will get a warning on the timing screen and the driver need to turn the rainlight on.
If the rainlight is not turned on within one lap, the car will get the Technical flag and the driver will have to pit to resolve the issue.
Once the Technical flag is given, the driver MUST enter the Pitlane even if the rainlight is turned on.
