We are receiving a number of emails from skaters and guardians asking if it is possible to alter the practice ice schedule, or to move a skater into a session not planned for their category/age. We are not able to accommodate these requests.
The practice ice schedule has been carefully planned to give the maximum number of skaters the opportunity to have practice ice on the day they compete. For this reason, we cannot make individual changes to the schedule, and we will not be responding to requests of this nature.
If you believe you have booked the wrong practice ice slot, please do reach out to us. Once practice ice booking is closed, we will review all bookings to ensure that skaters are in the correct session for their age/category. If we find any discrepancies, we will do our best to offer a correct slot if space allows. We will not be able to refund practice ice once the bookings are closed.
