Kilpailijoille jaetaan turvallisuustarkastuksen yhteydessä 4kpl HUOLTO-kortteja, joilla huoltohenkilökunta pääsee Mäntyvaaran raviradan ravintolaan sekä wc-tiloihin. AVI:n päätöksellä Mäntyvaaraan ravintolan sisätilat palvelevat kilpailijoita ja tiimejä sekä toimihenkilöitä, mutta katsojien palvelut on järjestetty ulkosalla. HUOLTO-kortit eivät oikeuta pääsyyn erikoiskokeille.
Huoltoalueelle pääsy vaatii autoon kiinnitetyn SERVICE-tarran. Koskee myös nuottiautoja sekä cateringpalveluita.

At the pre-event scrutineering competitors are handed out 4 pcs of access passes to the Service Park with title HUOLTO ("service""). These passes grant an access to the restaurant building at the Mäntyvaara Service Park. According to the decisions by the local health and safety authorities only competitors, teams, and event officials are allowed to access the restaurant building. Spectators can not and their services are provided outside. These HUOLTO/SERVICE passes do not grant access to spectate the special stages.
In order to access the Service Park a vehicle must be fitted with the event official SERVICE sticker. This includes also reconnaissance cars, catering services and other auxiliary vehicles.
